Newquay, Cornwall is a medium size town on the north coast of the county. Though originally a fishing village and minor port. ( Click here for Postcard views of Newquay from 1900 ) Newquay has for the last 100 years become both a popular holiday destination and an internationally renowned surfing area and venue. Daily 737 flights to Newquay from Stansted nr London with Ryanair.com and the proximity of the Eden Project have created an even more popular holiday destination.

The town has a wide selection of holiday, touring and camping parks, holiday homes and cottages, self-catering flats, numerous hotels both large and small as well as excellent bed and breakfast accommodation and backpackers.

Tourist attractions both in town and in the surrounding area provide fun filled and interesting days out for all the family. A great night life plus great beaches encompasses all you want for a family holiday or simply a really relaxing short break.
